And, I talk with University of Idaho professor Deborah Thorne about some intriguing implications of her recent paper titled “Graying of U.S. Bankruptcy: Fallout from Life in a Risk Society.” The paper is scheduled to be published in Sociological Inquiry, and is co-authored by Pamela Foohey, Robert M. Lawless, and Katherine Porter.
